Dear Henri, Renovation of a house, Aix-en-Provence, France
This house from the Seventies is located in the middle of a wonderful pine forest, and it needed a strong shove. Its design is based on Le Corbusier’s proportions, and its stability encouraged to bring some complexity.
Therefore, we created a graphic parasite, as a symptom of a new era, that reminds us that we now have to include accidents and complexity in our science and habits.
The new project is full of respect to its predecessors, but without any excessive glorification and/or condescension.
