This bakery was born from the will of its owner to get back to its roots, and it takes place in the former horse stables of the property.
In order to achieve the sanitary and functional goals that come with the use, while respecting the historical context, this building has been simplified, in terms of volume and materials.
It is treated as a “little chapel” dedicated to the know hows of our ancestors.
With organic fields on the property, but also some honey made on site, this building takes part in a wider, dynamic and coherent project.
